As Owner and Mortgage & Business Operations Director at Synmark, Michael oversees business operations while serving as the team’s internal mortgage specialist and strategic consultant.

Michael also leads recruiting and talent development, helping build a strong network of real estate professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.

Michael attended Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, where he earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for providing outstanding customer service and personalized mortgage guidance.

A testament to the relationships he has cultivated over the years, 100% of Michael’s mortgage business is generated through referrals from past clients and trusted Realtor partners. Many of his clients return over time to purchase additional homes, refinance their mortgages, or access equity for home improvements and other financial goals.
